Autumn is almost here and with it many new fashion and beauty trends. One thing which I’ve become obsessed with (well…almost obsessed but surely getting there) is with nail art designs. In the past, I couldn’t understand why women were so frigid about their nails. Like, seriously, they could go weeks without doing their hair but not their nails. No, no, no, no. The nails are their most consistent self-care treatment.
But since I’ve started doing my nails (not so long ago) I noticed that when I go bare, I feel naked…like something is missing. I don’t feel feminine enough and that my ‘looks’ are complete. So nail art designs has become part of my outfit, so to speak. But isn’t fashion and beauty this addictive? Once you see yourself looking beautiful (no matter how vain this may sound) you don’t want to go back looking the old way.
On with the show…
My go to place for nail art designs inspiration is of course Pinterest. There you will find so many beautiful nail art designs. You definitely can’t go wrong with this website as you will soon see from the following pictures I’m about to show you.
Autumn is a transitioning season where the liveliness of Summer is dying and the cold, dark winter is slowly creeping into our lives. Autumn is also the mother of Halloween. Halloween conjures up images of ghosts and goth. I love this season because despite its sombre appearance it is still full of colours but these are more subdued than the one you find during the month of Summer. This is not a bad thing as these colours gives off a more elegant and chic vibe than the more playful, bright colours the Summer offers which almost give style a child-like appearance.
So these nail art are not dark nor bright but in-between. Just like the ghosts and monsters that roams the earth this time of year. Lol. Just kidding.
